After understanding the situation, our company made the first arrangement, contacted the local freight forwarder, and arranged the mold to return to the factory for repair. After the mold arrives at the factory, the factory technicians will first check the mold in all aspects to check the problem. In order not to delay the customer's production plan, the maintenance department finally repaired the mold after three days of repair, and then arranged for the freight forwarder to return to Italy in the first time.
